Ngày nay, ngành công nghiệp khí hóa lỏng đang phát triển mạnh mẽ, việc vận chuyển khí là vô cùng khó khăn và nguy hiểm so với dạng lỏng, việc có các dàn hóa hơi để hóa hơi từ dạng lỏng sang dạng khí ở các nơi làm việc là hết sức cần thiết. Trong khi đó các sản phẩm dàn hóa hơi thường được nhập từ nước ngoài về còn các sản phẩm trong nước thì giá thành rất cao. Để giải quyết vấn đề này nhóm em đã bàn bạc và quyết định lựa chọn đề tài : Nghiên cứu, thiết kế và chế tạo dàn hóa hơi ứng dụng trong ngành khí hóa lỏng. Để thực hiện đề tài này nhóm em đã thực hiện các nội dung tìm hiểu tổng quan về ngành khí hóa lỏng và dàn hóa hơi, tính toán và thiết kế dàn hóa hơi, lập quy trình công nghệ gia công 1 số chi tiết điển hình, hướng dẫn lắp ráp và sử dụng dàn hóa hơi, kết luận và kiến nghị. Qua trá trình làm đề tài dưới sự dẫn dắt tận tình của thầy PGS. TS. Nguyễn Như Tùng nhóm em đã thiết kế thành công mô hình dàn hóa hơi, bên cạnh đó nhóm còn sử dụng phần mềm solidwork để mô phỏng ứng suất và khả năng chịu lực của một số chi tiết. qua quá trình làm đề tài nhóm em đã rút ra được một số kết luận và kiến nghị. Qua đó nhóm mong muốn có thời gian nhiều hơn để nghiên cứu cũng như cải tiến cho đề tài.

Abstract:

Today, the liquefied petroleum gas industry is developing strongly, the transportation of gas is extremely difficult and dangerous compared to the liquid form, there are evaporators to vaporize from liquid to gas in places. work is essential. Meanwhile, evaporator products are often imported from abroad and domestic products are very expensive. To solve this problem, my group discussed and decided to choose the topic: Research, design and manufacture evaporator for application in liquefied gas industry. To carry out this topic, my group has conducted the overview of the liquefied petroleum gas industry and the evaporator, the calculation and design of the evaporator, and the processing of some typical details. , instructions for assembly and use of the evaporator, conclusions and recommendations. Through the process of working on the topic under the enthusiastic guidance of Prof. Dr. Nguyen Nhu Tung and his team have successfully designed the vaporizer model, besides, the group also used solidwork software to simulate the stress and bearing capacity of some details. Through the process of working on the group project, I have drawn a number of conclusions and recommendations. Thereby, the group wishes to have more time to research and improve the topic.
